PLACEMENTS

SSMC Bengaluru witnessed yet another year of excellent placements for the class of 2014 where we saw huge participation from companies across sectors, with students placed across various sectors and functions of their choice. The successful completion of recruitment cycle 2015-16 stands testament to the high quality of students at the institute and robust nature of the placement process that provides adequate flexibility to both students and recruiters.

Some of the roles offered to our students include:

Project Associate, Executive-Digital Marketing, Executive- Retail, Associate Analyst, Executive-Marketing, Brand Manager, Planning Manager, Account Executives, Senior Executive-Marcomm, Marketing Manager, Production associate, Creative Analyst, Content Writer, Client Servicing, PR Managers etc.

The highlights of our two year MBA programme include two internships and four industry live projects that have been crafted seamlessly into the curriculum keeping the students clued in to the current and emerging trends of the trade, besides bring privy to the best practices

SSMC also continually cooperates with companies such as Infosys and World Trade Centre to enrich its students with live projects even during their academic courses in order to link with corporates even before they are finally placed. SSMC has also been a major part of projects such as The Global Mobile Internet conference, CEO Hangout Brand Summit, HT Media conclave, The Media Ant, Sab Miller, Bangalore Literature Festival, Times of India Folk Festival, IGNCA and ELCIA Expo.

The current batch of 2014 -16 did their internships with organizations like: Amul, TAJ, Killer Jeans, Gozoop, DNA India, Hungama Digital Media Entertainment, ACC Limited, The Leela Palace, BC Webwise, Reliance Jijo, Weber Shandwick, Happy Marketer, Digitas Lbi, Spencer’s and such others.


We Interned With

Apart from our numerous academic and industry-related undertakings, we give equal importance to the practice of Corporate Social Responsibility – being an institute that consistently moulds its students into well-rounded conscientious professionals. SSMC-B organizes various CSR initiatives such as Blood Donation Drives, Organ Donation Drives and courses such as Corporate Citizenship for which the students also organized an Eye Donation Camp. Through their NGO Internships, the students get to work closely with organizations that are committed to improving lives and communities.
